Making discoveries from complex biological data

We use knowledge graphs and developmental biology to study birth defects, childhood cancer and human disease.

Our work connects genetic findings with molecular processes, cell types and developmental stages. We bring together evidence from biomedical datasets, models of normal development and the research literature to investigate how these relationships change in disease.
